Is there a physical Apollo Vape store or is it online-only?
Apollo Vape UAE operates exclusively online – we do not have a physical retail storefront. All orders are placed through our website and delivered via courier. Our office is located in Business Bay, Dubai. By being online-only, we efficiently serve the entire UAE and keep our prices competitive.
Who is eligible to buy from Apollo Vape UAE? (What is the age restriction?)
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Apollo Vape UAE. During delivery, our courier will verify your age with a valid Emirates ID or passport. If you’re under 18 or cannot prove legal age, your order will be canceled and refunded. We strictly follow UAE law and prioritize youth prevention.
Where do you deliver? Do you ship outside of the UAE?
We deliver across all UAE regions, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and more. We do not currently offer international shipping. All deliveries are made through reliable local couriers with nationwide UAE coverage.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard delivery: Next-day delivery for orders placed before midnight.
- Same-day delivery: Available in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman for orders confirmed before 12:00 PM.
- Delivery is available 7 days a week, including weekends.
- Typical delivery hours: 5:00 AM – 11:45 PM.
- We notify customers in case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
What are the delivery charges?
- Free Delivery: On all orders AED 200 or more.
- Standard Delivery: AED 30 for orders under AED 200.
- Same-day Delivery: AED 50 in select cities (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman).
- Charges are clearly shown at checkout. Ensure cart total is AED 200+ after discounts to qualify for free shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa and MasterCard (UAE-issued preferred).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash to the courier at delivery. May require deposit for large orders.
- PayPal and international cards are not currently supported.
- Bank transfer available in special cases on request.
Can I return or exchange a product if I’m not satisfied?
- Eligible Returns: Unopened and unused items within 2 days of delivery.
- Non-Eligible: Opened, used, or consumable items like pods, e-liquids, and disposables.
- Return Process: Contact customer support with order number and reason. Returns must be sent at the customer’s cost.
- Refunds: Processed upon inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. COD refunds via bank transfer or store credit.
- Exchanges: Available once original item is returned. Replacement shipping may be charged or credited.
What if my device is defective or stops working? Do you have a warranty?
- Warranty: 7-day coverage for hardware defects on vape kits, batteries, chargers, etc.
- What’s Covered: Battery issues, auto-firing, screen malfunctions, and other manufacturing defects.
- Not Covered: Damage from misuse, water, drops, wear-and-tear, or use of wrong accessories.
- Process: Notify support within 7 days. Customer sends item for inspection; Apollo covers return shipping if defect is confirmed.
Are all your products genuine and original?
Yes. Apollo Vape UAE only sells 100% authentic products from official brands and distributors. We do not deal in counterfeits. All items come sealed and verified. We stand by the quality and authenticity of everything we sell.
