- 7 Days a Week Service: Delivery is available every day. On public holidays, delivery resumes the next working day.
- Instant Delivery (Rush Orders): For Dubai customers with urgent needs, we may be able to deliver within a few hours. Contact us directly for rush requests.
- Unexpected Delays: In cases of weather, traffic, or other issues, we will notify you and keep you updated on delivery progress.
Shipping Fees and Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders AED 200 and above qualify for free delivery. Discounted totals must still meet the threshold.
- Standard Shipping Fee: AED 30 for orders under AED 200.
- Same-Day Express Fee: AED 50 applies for same-day service in eligible areas. Refunded if same-day not fulfilled.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No additional COD charge for most orders. For large orders, a deposit may be requested.
- No Hidden Costs: What you see at checkout is what you pay. Adjust your cart to hit AED 200 to avoid the delivery fee if close.
Delivery Process and Requirements
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation and dispatch notification. Tracking or driver contact may be provided.
- Delivery Address: Ensure a complete and accurate address. For changes after ordering, contact us immediately.
- Availability to Receive: Someone 18+ must be available to receive the package. ID verification required for age-restricted items.
