We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item or seek a refund, please read the following policy which explains when and how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.
Returns Eligibility and Conditions
- Unopened Products: Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Return Window: You must request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of Purchase: Returns are only accepted for purchases made from www.apollouae.ae with proof of order.
- Condition: The product must include all components, manuals, and accessories in original condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Includes consumables like e-liquids, pods, coils, disposables, HEETS, and clearance items marked "Final Sale".
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp +971 56 474 9283 or email enquiry@apollouae.ae with your order number and reason.
- Return Authorization: If approved, instructions will be provided for shipping the product back.
- Shipping the Return: Secure packaging is required. Return shipping cost is your responsibility unless it's our mistake.
- Return Inspection: Returned items are inspected within 1-2 days before refund or exchange is processed.
Refunds Process
- Refund Amount: Product price is refunded. Shipping fees and discount amounts are excluded.
- Refund Method: Issued to the original payment method. COD refunds are via bank transfer or store credit.
- Notification: You'll be notified once the refund is processed.
- Deductions: Costs like return courier may be deducted in some cases.
Exchanges
- No Automated Exchange: Place a new order and return the previous one.
- Wrong Item Delivered: We'll correct it at no extra cost to you.
- Defective on Arrival (DOA): Report within 2 days for replacement.
- Flavor Exchange: Only allowed if product is unopened and meets return conditions.
Warranty for Devices (7-Day Guarantee)
All devices include a 7-day limited warranty from delivery date covering manufacturer defects.
What is Covered
- Device not powering on or malfunctioning out of the box.
- Battery issues, auto cut-off.
- Chip/electronic malfunction.
- Screen/display issues.
What is NOT Covered
- Consumables and accessories.
- Physical damage or impact-related issues.
- Water or liquid damage.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Improper use or compatibility issues.
- Used disposable vapes (unless DOA).
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact within 7 days with issue details and order info.
- We may troubleshoot remotely first.
- If confirmed, send back the item or drop it off.
- Upon inspection, we’ll provide replacement, upgrade option, or refund.
- We cover shipping if defect is confirmed.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel before shipping for a full refund.
- Shipped orders must follow return process.
- We reserve the right to cancel due to stock issues or suspected fraud.
Abuse of Return Policy
We monitor for excessive returns or misuse and reserve the right to refuse service for policy violations.
